Shipping guidelines

Orders will generally be shipped within 24 hours, unless it’s a weekend or German bank holiday. 

Parcel volumes across the board are currently at a high level due to COVID-19 so there may be delays. We apologise for any inconvenience and ask for your patience. 

 

Due to post-Brexit tax regulations, we are only accepting UK orders made on our Etsy shop. Head here to place your order.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your product please drop us a note on teamoneplanet@gmail.com ! 

If you decide you no longer want the product when it arrives, you can send it back to us within 30 days providing it is unused and in its original packaging.

Reason for return

 

Once the package has reached us and has been inspected, we will contact you with an update. If a refund is approved, it will be applied (minus shipping cost) to the original payment method within 14 working days. 

Please keep in mind that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
